Three production processes in our own plant in Dongguan, with the tolerances, finishing and inspection that go on the part.

Processes

Roll wrapping: Tubes · Ø 3–548 mm · wall 0.5–20 mm · up to 6000 mm
Pultrusion: Rods, flat profiles and tubes (square / octagonal) · Ø 0.6–60 mm
Compression molding: Sheets · 0.2–60 mm · then CNC-machined in house to drawing

From drawing to series

Prototype: A sample part first when the geometry is new
Tooling: Tooling and fixtures made for series production
Series: Batch sample and inspection report with every batch

Finishing and cut-to-length

Parts can be supplied finished to your drawing:

Machining: Drilling · tapping · chamfering · slotting
Marking: Silk-screen printing · laser engraving
Cut to length: Cut to your length or shape · ±0.1 mm

Inspection

Measurement: Dimensions checked with calipers before packing
Batch sample: A sample of every batch is kept at the plant
Report: An inspection report is issued for each batch

Tubes, sheets, rods, strips or fully machined parts. Tell us the material, the dimensions and the quantity, and our export team will come back with a quotation and lead time.
