The three production processes — roll wrapping, pultrusion and compression molding — run in our own 6,000 m² plant in Dongguan, with 90 staff, 10 roll-wrapping machines and 14 pultrusion lines. The laminated sheets are CNC-machined here as well. One contact covers the drawing, the tolerance and the delivery date.
We work from your drawing or sample: a prototype first if the geometry is new, then tooling and fixtures for series. Tolerances, material and surface finish are agreed with the quotation — not afterwards.
