E-glass tubes with a controlled wall thickness and roundness, made to your outer diameter, wall thickness and length. Most fiberglass tubes are pultruded; roll-wrapped construction is available as well. Glass fiber is used where corrosion resistance matters — agricultural poles, marine and general structural applications.

The process
Continuous glass fiber rovings are pulled through a resin bath and a heated die, which sets the profile and the fiber direction. The result is a straight tube with a consistent wall thickness and a high fiber content.
Where a different wall build-up or a wrapped surface is required, the tube can also be roll-wrapped from prepreg E-glass fabric on a steel mandrel.

The paint on the surface of tube can cover the small thorn, users don’t worry about being stabbed. What is more important, surface paint make the color of tube more bright, more attractive.
