Pultruded flat strips and profiles in carbon fiber and fiberglass — a low-profile stiffener for frames, ribs and reinforcements.
Width and thickness can be combined within the range. Profiles other than a rectangle are made to drawing.

The process
Flat rovings are pulled through a heated die to produce a constant cross-section with a high fiber content and clean edges.
Strips are usually bonded or laminated into an assembly, so the surface condition and the consistency of the cross-section matter more than the finish.

Pultruded carbon fiber flat strip, 6mm wide × 4mm thick. Used for reinforcement, structural bracing, and composite bonding. Available in various widths and thicknesses.
