Laminated carbon fiber and fiberglass sheets, cut and machined to drawing — plates, brackets, covers and structural panels held to a machined tolerance of ±0.05 mm.
Sheet size and thickness can be combined as required within the range. For a machined part, the tolerance is held to your drawing on the CNC centres.

The process
Carbon or glass fabric is laid up and cured in a press into a flat sheet. The sheets are then cut, drilled and milled on CNC centres to your drawing.
Because the sheet is cured flat, thickness and flatness stay consistent across the panel — which is what matters when the part has to sit against something else.
