The process
Depending on the part we press a laminate stack or machine from a cured laminate. The route is chosen by geometry, quantity and the load case.
For a prototype we work from a drawing or a sample. For series we build tooling and hold the dimensions with a fixture.
In this range
Custom carbon fiber parts manufactured to your drawings. Send CAD files (STEP, IGES, DXF) or physical samples. We handle material selection, layup design, and full production.
Made from 100% carbon fiber, placed in the mold and infused with epoxy before the heating and curing process. Cutting and drilling can be included as required — send your drawing in STEP, STP or IGS format for a quotation.
